I am an executive coach and consultant working with
- international organisations and their managers, who want to work productively across cultural borders, lead their multicultural teams effectively and be able to deal with any arising cultural differences (see here for more information)

About My Background
Satu's professional background is in leadership and career development. She has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors (at Nokia, Celemi, Universidad de Los Andes, Raleigh International and AIESEC among others). Her most recent organisational clients have included Future Considerations, Shell (Outpost) and Laban University.
She has coached 150+ individuals (including CEO’s, directors and high-potential managers) on four continents through change processes related to their professional lives (including leading multicultural teams, managing effectively in a new cultural environment and career planning & change).
She has a Masters degree in Organisational Behaviour and Intercultural Communication from the Helsinki School of Economics. She is a graduate of CoachU and a licensed Firework Career Coach, and she has been awarded the designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the ICF (International Coach Federation). In addition, Satu holds the certification to conduct and assess both the Intercultural Development Inventory © and Argonaut.
Satu has vast international experience. She’s lived and worked in six countries on three continents. In addition, her work has taken her to over 35 countries on six continents (she’s visited 66 in total). Satu is multilingual: she speaks English, Finnish, fluent Spanish, good French, basic Swedish and Portuguese.
Satu is originally from Finland, but she grew up in Brazil and the US, and she currently resides in the UK. In her spare time she loves reading all kinds of books and is learning to play the saxophone, thus fulfilling a childhood dream!
